The project specifically analyzes employee demographics within different departments and leadership roles for different countries. In this project, the following were addressed:

- Analyze employee demographics data to identify workforce needs and predict employee success.

- Create visuals to uncover insights from the analysis.

- Build an interactive dashboard where trends can be easily identified.

- Provide recommendations about how to optimize company structure and policies.

My steps to complete this project :

To complete this project, the following were performed:

- Use ChatGPT to create the dataset.

- Use Excel to clean the data and prepare it for analysis.

- Import the data to Looker Studio and analyze it to uncover insights.

- Create visuals and build the interactive dashboard.

The following tools were used:

- Microsoft Excel to clean the data.

- Looker Studio to analyze and build the dashboard.

Conclusion :

This project provided a comprehensive analysis of the employee data using Looker Studio. By leveraging data cleaning, analysis, and visualization techniques, key insights about leadership roles, years of experience, reasons for transfer from one role to another, and the number of industries by country were uncovered.
