HR Analytics
This project aims at evaluating the current human resources practices within the organization, identifying key areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing workforce efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational performance.
Achieved Goals :
The goals of this project are to:
- Analyze various aspects of HR, including demographics, employee turnover analysis, and employee wellness.
- Provide details regarding employee statistics, attrition, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee retention.
- Delve into both qualitative and quantitative data to provide a comprehensive understanding of the HR landscape.
- Provide insights into workforce diversity and communicate patterns for informed decision-making to enhance HR practices.

My steps to complete this project :
The following steps were completed:
- Download the dataset from Kaggle using this link: https://www.kaggle.com/code/xokent/hr-analytics-dataset-eda?select=HR_Analytics.csv
- Import the dataset in Power BI and use Power Query to clean and transform it.
- Create DAX measures to enhance the analysis and discover patterns from the data.
- Build an interactive dashboard to communicate insights from the analysis.
- Provide recommendations on how to optimize sales strategies.

- Power Query in Power BI to clean the data.
- Power BI to create visuals and build an interactive dashboard.
Conclusion :
This project provided and identified trends to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. The following are the main key takeaways:
- Expanding flexible remote work options could improve work-life balance and reduce employees' commuting stress. - Promoting initiatives that encourage local engagement and activities for employees who live nearby could improve environmental satisfaction. - Implementing a transparent and equitable pay scale could help in retaining talent and boosting morale. - Providing career advancement and mentorship programs could help in maintaining high levels of job satisfaction.
