- Provide a cost-efficient solution that aligns with the company's budget constraints while delivering essential data analysis capabilities.

- Help the company improve in resource allocation by leveraging data-driven decisions to maximize customer satisfaction.

My steps to complete this project :

To complete this project, the following were performed:

- Download the dataset from Kaggle using this link: https://www.kaggle.com/code/mahdiehhajian/netflix?select=NetFlix.csv.

- Use Power Query in Excel to clean the data and prepare it for analysis.

- Utilize Excel's built-in features like pivot tables to analyze content data..

- Identify trends by visualizing data through simple charts and graphs.

- Create a dashboard with key metrics and charts to monitor watched trends by type, country, and content category to provide an overview of Netflix content.

- Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations to help Netflix make informed decisions about its content library.

Required Tools for this project :

The following tools were used:

- Power Query in Micosoft Excel to clean the data.

- Micosoft Excel to analyze the data and build the dashboard.

Conclusion :

This project highlighted key opportunities for Netflix to enhance its content strategy and global reach. Some key takeaways include the following:

- By diversifying content types, investing in popular and niche categories, and maintaining a steady flow of releases, Netflix can attract a broader audience. - Expanding content production beyond the U.S. and tailoring marketing efforts to different demographics will further strengthen its market position.

- Capitalizing on top-viewed categories and cross-genre content can drive higher engagement and subscriber retention. Implementing these strategies will enable Netflix to remain competitive and continue growing its global viewership.
